User Research Strategies Internship
During my internship, I completed a series of user research activities to practice and strengthen my UX research skills in a real-world setting. I developed personas to represent key user types, conducted card sorting exercises to understand information architecture and user mental models, and compiled a findings report summarizing insights and recommendations. This experience enhanced my ability to plan, execute, and synthesize research, reinforcing the connection between user-centered research and design decisions.
