INTERNSHIP

This section features work completed during my internship, where I applied UX skills in a professional setting. It includes the ServiceNow redesign for Nintendo, where I built a homepage, topic page, and knowledge article, as well as a user research project involving personas, card sorting, and a findings report. These projects demonstrate my ability to conduct research, design interfaces, and translate insights into actionable solutions in a real-world environment.
