USABILITY/USER EXPERIENCE

I created a stakeholder-focused presentation that summarizes the findings from user research and task-based testing of the site and prototype, culminating in actionable usability recommendations. The slides guide viewers through the background and problem context, methodology, participant insights, and data analysis. Major results are presented alongside corresponding recommendations, highlighting issues, proposed solutions, and supporting evidence from evaluations. The presentation also includes visual comparisons between the current site and prototypes, links to interactive prototypes, and a conclusion emphasizing the rationale for the recommended changes and potential future research opportunities.
