Converse.com Research & Redesign Proposal
This concept project was completed as part of a fast-paced e-commerce course focused on research, planning, usability, and design strategy. I analyzed Converse’s existing website and competitor landscape to identify key opportunities in their online shopping experience. Using insights from target audience research and customer journey mapping, I proposed a redesigned homepage and checkout flow aimed at creating a smoother, more engaging, and conversion-driven experience.
